They are the pride of the city of Pavia.

They are within the Visconti Castle and hold some permanent collections, where you can see masterpieces by Antonello da Messina, Giovanni Bellini, Vincenzo Foppa, Ambrogio Bergognone,Francesco Hayez, Federico Faruffini, Antonio Massacra.

Educational workshops for children are organized during the most important exhibitions.

Outside the park is kept with the utmost care.

It is suitable for children and families; near the entrance of the Civic Museums there is also a playground.
